Last night seven of my group of Blanket Ladies were having dinner at Brooklyn Joe's before we went to church to sew. God gave us a sign that the Blanket Ministry in anointed.
When our waiter brought our food he announced that our meals had been taken care of by one of their regular customers. The customer recognized us and admired what we were doing so he wanted to pick up the tab for us. We were told that the anonymous customer had been know to be generous on other occasions. One night he had given each employee there a hundred dollars each.
We do not know who the customer was but believe that this was a message that our work is appreciated and that God's hand is in it.
As a group we were so impressed by this act that we decided that it was now our responsibility to pay it forward sometime this week.
